The room was very stuffy and had no windows. If I wanted to stay for another night on the day of check-in, I wanted to renew the fee with the front desk. The front desk said it would be the same tomorrow, so I would go at the same price, but the price went up by 70 to 80 the next day. I don't renew the fee, no one is worse than the 180, and I have no reputation at all. I went with a friend with a child. I didn't feel embarrassed to leave. I was afraid of spoiling the fun. I still knocked on the door while I was sleeping and came in to clean up. It was just a simple sweeping of the floor and it was over. The attitude of the front desk was that after the service, I would not go after paying the money. The waiters were so humming and took the boss's money. Are you embarrassed? A hotel in the suburbs of Suzhou, I chose this place to go to Xishan Island. The service of the hotel is OK. But the community where the hotel is located seems to have no property, the environment is dirty and chaotic, and the underground parking lot is dark. Although these can not blame the hotel. But after the guest made a reservation, he really wanted to stay here. There was really no way. Fortunately, I only stayed for one day.

The surrounding environment is very poor. Upstairs was renovated in the morning, and the noise downstairs was also very serious. As the surrounding environment of the hotel is so bad, the guests can't rest well. The family is traveling, and the health code and itinerary code have already happened, so the elderly over 70 years old must be forced I also have to show it. As a hotel service staff, I can’t understand that the elderly don’t know how to use smartphones. This is really inhuman.
