Pan Pacific Suzhou

The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel's location was super convenient. We also loved the unlimited access to Panmen Scenic Area! Breakfast had a great variety too. Special thanks to Olover at the front desk for the excellent service; our experience was fantastic.

This is an established five-star hotel that's integrated with the Pan Gate Scenic Area. You can enter the scenic area with your room key. The environment is beautiful, clean, and the service is excellent. The facilities have been renovated and are simple yet elegant. The only minor issue was that the sink drained a bit slowly.

This hotel offers incredible value for money and is truly excellent. The decor is tastefully elegant, and it's well-equipped with dining options like a noodle shop and a tea house. Plus, there's a side exit that leads directly into the scenic area. The garden views are delightful, and it becomes even more beautiful when lit up at night. I even had the chance to see a firework performance. This was definitely the best experience I've had in all my trips to Suzhou. The breakfast was also great. I expected it to be crowded during the summer, but the restaurant is quite spacious, so it never felt cramped, and they refilled the food promptly.

The room was very spacious, and the service was quite good. It's right next to Panmen Scenic Area, and you can enter and exit as many times as you like, which is very convenient. However, I felt that the signage wasn't clear enough when first arriving, especially for the entrance to the underground parking garage.

The environment is beautiful, it's a garden-style hotel. You don't need a ticket to enter Panmen Scenic Area, and it's very close to where you can take a boat. The only downsides are the limited breakfast options, the bed is a bit too soft, and the rooms on the first floor are a bit dark.

The hotel is very well-maintained, with excellent interior and exterior environments, offering super value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff even upgraded our room, making our stay very pleasant overall.

The room was clean and bright. We encountered Typhoon White Dolphin, so on the first day, we stayed in the hotel, watched the rain, drank tea, swam, and played billiards. The staff was very helpful. Excellent! The hotel lobby is on the third floor, and you have to drive up a long slope to reach it. There is an elevator on the first floor that goes up to the third floor. I saw other tourists being dropped off by ride-shares on the first floor and then having to walk up the slope. I recommend the hotel improve its signage. Walking up the slope with children during a typhoon is very difficult.

The hotel is beautiful, but Panmen Scenic Area was closed due to the typhoon. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, while the rooms are on the first floor. To get to the restaurant, you have to go up to the third floor, switch elevators, and then go down to the first floor. The food at the Chinese restaurant was excellent; I loved all the dishes I ordered, definitely worth trying.
