Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu

My overall experience at the Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu was excellent. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, and the room was clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, right in the Huxi CBD, very close to the Olympic Sports Center and the International Expo Center, making it super convenient for concerts or business trips. Yvonne was especially warm, professional, and thoughtful. The facilities and equipment are also very well-maintained. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious, and the room service was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety. The location is very convenient for getting around, being close to the subway station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, I felt truly cared for. Coco at the front desk was so welcoming and polite. The room was spotless, every corner perfectly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The turndown service was a lovely touch and very thoughtful. The food was fresh and delicious, and the public areas had a sophisticated vibe. The staff were always ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel completely at home. A perfect experience!

Overall, I was satisfied with my two-day stay in the Executive Twin Room. The hotel even called the day before to check in and tried their best to accommodate all our requests. However, there was a slight change to our package this time – breakfast was only available at the Executive Lounge, not the buffet restaurant, whereas the previous package I bought allowed access to both. Also, on one of the days, a family member suddenly had a fever and we had to rush to the hospital. We might have been back after 7:30 PM, so I asked if they could pack some dinner from the lounge for us, but they refused...

A very pleasant stay! This stay far exceeded my expectations. The room was well-lit and spotlessly clean, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and of good quality. The hotel was quiet, not noisy, so I rested very peacefully. The staff were friendly and patient, and the location is excellent with plenty of amenities nearby. Highly recommended!

Returning to Shangri-La SIP, I noticed there wasn't an overwhelming fragrance, making the environment feel even brighter and cleaner. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joseph Zheng, the Front Office Manager. Joseph was incredibly polite, warm, and professional, making my check-in process smooth and adding a lot to my short trip to Suzhou. It's a great escape from the bustling tourist spots during the Qingming Festival, with convenient transportation and interesting malls and restaurants within walking distance. It's perfect for solo travelers, and next time I'm in Suzhou, Shangri-La in the Industrial Park will definitely be my top choice, alongside the city center.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from Metro Line 8's exit, making getting around super convenient. It's also close to the Ferris wheel, and there are plenty of dining options opposite. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk, considering we had elderly people and children with us, proactively arranged an upgrade for our room. The service was very thoughtful, and overall, our stay was excellent.

Overall, a fantastic experience. The ambiance was elegant, Lily provided excellent service, and the room was clean and comfortable. Both the facilities and the service were top-notch, making for a smooth and worry-free stay. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience, highly recommended.
