The room was quite spacious, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. They gave us four bottles of water right away, so we never had to worry about running out. The two ladies at the front desk on the day we checked in were also very helpful and enthusiastic about resolving any issues. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which was super convenient for getting to the Olympic Sports Center for a concert, and also made it easy to visit other attractions.

I had a very satisfying stay. I was supposed to check out at 12 PM today, but the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out because of the rain. The front desk staff was also very helpful and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel is very close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere!

I stayed for two nights, and my experience during this Suzhou trip was truly comfortable! The whole hotel felt clean and refreshing; the room was neatly arranged, and both the public areas and the room itself were well-maintained, which was very pleasant to see. Most importantly, it felt incredibly safe to stay there—full marks for security, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The location was also convenient; after visiting the Suzhou gardens, I could fully relax back at the hotel. This smooth trip was thanks to this comfortable place to stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Suzhou!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel; everything was perfect. I'll definitely book it again next time I'm in Suzhou. It's conveniently located, close to all the major attractions. The picture is of Lingering Garden, which I highly recommend visiting. You can explore it in about 2-3 hours, and it's incredibly beautiful with stunning scenery at every turn.
