Jinji lake you have to book a taxi. Their team was helpful and the breakfast spread was decent enough for non-vegetarians but limited to vegetarians.

The breakfast needs an upgrade ,more western options would be a great start

We had a beautiful experience in our short stay in Suzhou. We stayed in Hampton coz it’s near to many attractions in the city.The breakfast was also satisfying. The room is clean and the staffs are attentive. It would have been better if there was a bidet in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. When we did our laundry, one of the staff members insisted on helping us fold the laundry. There are some staff members who speak English. The hotel provides unlimited free water bottles. Breakfast was delicious and had both Chinese and American dishes.

spacious nice rooms, solid chinese style breakfast but quite unattractive location, altjough not too far ( nor too close) to.SIP or historical.downtown.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

Excellent. Exceeds my expectation

I really liked to stay at Hampton by Hilton hotel in Suzhou. The facilities, equipment and environment in particular are excellent. The breakfast is included, big choice of food. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. But as a foreigner, I would like to add that it is easy to stay here for foreign guests as well, because the stuff of the hotel try to help with all the issues and it becomes really comfortable to live at the hotel. I would like to thank in particular the administrative person, Melody, for her kind help to me as a guest of the hotel with administrative registration. Also, the room is very clean, the view from the window very beautiful, can see the river and the center of Suzhou, the hotel room is beautiful and comfortable, also here is a comfortable table and chair for working on computer if needed. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to other guests.

Move location but a little bit loud, besides a busy road. Hotel really clean, nice and friendly staffs. Better than I have expected. Close to metro's station.
