真的是非常好的一家酒店，衞生設施都非常乾淨，硬件配套沒得説都很到位，工作人員從大堂到保潔阿姨都非常熱情，入住阿姨還送了牛奶禮物，真的好暖心，周邊山塘街走路就可以到，其他景點也很近，出門就是公交車站非常方便，停車場也很大，打車開車都方便。

全家出遊住的家庭房。首先服務很好，前台很熱情，孩子的玩具忘記了，次日聯繫後很好的快遞給我們。房間也大，特別是衞生很乾凈，熱水充沛，遊玩回酒店可以很舒服的休息，孩子還可以喝酒店贈送的牛奶。酒店是花園式的，安靜。位置離留園、西園寺很近，步行幾百米就到。打車去蘇州博物館14元。非常推薦入住。

酒店裝修大氣，距離虎丘和留園很近，房間乾淨整潔，佈置很温馨每天都有晚安牛奶和便簽上有些天氣預報，真好，服務很周到，每次問些問題解答都很耐心。

值得一提的是送餐服務非常好。衞生整體還算不錯，但是進門的時候就看到有一個櫻桃核，第二天阿姨打掃過還是有那個櫻桃核，不懂為啥不清掃掉，扣了很大的印象分。晚餐時間9點半就結束了，娃磨蹭一下9點20下去就沒有了，如果早餐費沒享用的話能退就好了。

元旦假期和到山塘街玩，定了兩間房，整體感覺很棒，從酒店的園林式風格，到服務都很不錯，房間很大，衞生也做的很好，晚上牀頭櫃還温馨的放了兩瓶牛奶和手寫安語，點贊，400不到的費用性價比超高

環境好，房間大，停車方便，位置好，步行可達山塘街。起個早步行去西園寺，然後沿路逛寒山寺和虎丘塔，半天搞定三個景點。

酒店停車場很大，距離留園和虎丘都很近。房間寬敞，還配有商務辦公桌椅，網線和wifi都有，非常方便。衞生間有浴缸和淋浴房，潔具都是Toto。
早飯是自助餐，有面點、糕點、炒飯、炒麪、蔬菜、水果，雞蛋，牛奶、果汁，非常豐富。
這裡是你商務、旅遊好住處，還會再次光顧。
