I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this time I really felt compelled to. Our family of three stayed here, and the hotel environment was superb. Although we didn't have time to visit the hotel's 'Half Garden,' we could still see winter sweet, camellias, and pavilions. 💕 Upon check-in, we received complimentary tickets for the hotel's Pingtan performance. We booked a family room, which was spacious and very clean. The floors were solid wood, the slippers were high quality, and surprisingly, even the disposable comb was wooden! 🥳 Even more impressive, the toiletries were Bulgari! 👍👍👍 We also loved the breakfast; the mini wontons were delicious, and the soft-boiled eggs were perfect! Almost all the Western pastries were generously filled and incredibly tasty. 😋 The location couldn't be better – turn right out the door and a short walk takes you to Pingjiang Road, and just a few more minutes to the Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum. Turn left, grab a shared bike, and you're at the Couple's Retreat Garden in a few minutes. What's even more important is that on our first night, I had an acute allergic reaction due to something I ate outside. The hotel proactively offered to accompany me to the hospital and even asked if I needed ice for a cold compress – truly a lifesaver when I needed it most! 👏👏👏 My parents said they'll definitely stay at Pingjiang Mansion again when they visit Suzhou in the future. 😁
