My trip to Tong Star Hotel was superb, the hotel was nice and service was ok. The facilities are really in good condition, although the location is quite secluded. My son really enjoyed his room.

挺滿意的一次入住體驗，來之前網上看了很多酒店，這個比較實惠，直接在網上訂購的，酒店很好找，也挺大的。附近就是西園寺，還有天虹商場，周邊吃的很多，也挺適合晚上溜達溜達。前台的小姐姐很熱情，跟家裡人出來旅遊，周邊的交通，美食諮詢前台，小姐姐都熱情幫忙解答了，是一次愉快地入住體驗

來蘇州遊玩的隨意定了一個酒店，交通很方便附近景點都很近吃過晚飯走路二十分鐘不到就到山塘街了，離石路也很近，前台辦入職小帥哥態度也很好，到了客房樓道就要服務員跟你打招呼，房間乾淨一看就用心打掃的。還有很好聞的香味問了服務員是他們酒店特定製的，下次會推薦給朋友

是朋友推薦的，酒店房間挺大的外賣也是機器人送上來的，環境乾淨整潔舒適，前台溝通效率和服務態度非常好，停車也是免費的，處於中心點，離周圍景點還有蘇州站都很近，打車也挺方便的，強烈推薦！！！

第二天要去西園寺，網上找了一下這家酒店離的最近就下單了，交通很方便，入住到大廳前台兩個員工非常熱情服務很好辦好還送了西園寺的門票真的做到了想客人所想要，客房很大地板一看就是新換的，雖然不算新的酒店保養的還算可以，角角落落也很乾凈，有種古色古香的韻味值了下次會推薦朋友來住
