The place is perfect, the park nearby is amazind and provides different experience by day and night, the air is clear and the staff speaks English very well. The view by th window is amazing by night.

Awesome, clean, quiet property. Breakfast was pretty good too. Even though a Chinese hotel, very western friendly. We've stayed here many, many times.

Big place with many opportunities. Great buffets, swim, workout, friendly bar, lots to do. Staff very helpful. Very nice walking paths just at end of drive. I’d return on next visit. H

為了在蘇州跑太湖數字馬拉松定的～
酒店位置太優越了，在山頂俯視山下～
酒店規模真的很大很大，從前台走到房間走了好久～
設施嘛是有些老舊的，但是床品很舒服，房間陽台也很大，視野開闊～
一大早出門比賽了，兩個早餐名額沒用，早餐自助餐不曉得如何。
點外賣周圍3公里很多美食！！

酒店環境非常好，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務人員態度也不錯。就是離着市區有點兒遠，但是可以外賣。住着很舒服，下次有機會來蘇州，首選這裏。

不太滿意。原因主要是：房間裏大部分插座都沒有電,這對於苦於早起要趕車的人，不太友好。其次，晚上睡覺，即使按了總開關，也總有一個筒燈關不了。最後，打電話給客服等，可能因為太晚了，沒有回覆。希望以上情況，能與這大好環境相匹配。
