The room staff did not clean the room well. Used mugs are left unwashed. The water drain is clogged badly, showering becomes hard and long. The toilet room smells bad because there are bo exhaust fan. Elevator, corridor, and lobby smells heavily like smoking cigarettes.

Staff barely could speak English, but finally managed. Enjoyed the way through the room without getting to the reception. Room was just fine, quite narrow in the shower/toilet/washing basin area.
