Great Service, we even had a good time during the biggest Taifun in Suzhou since ages! They arranged pick up and drop of to the room in heavy rain and took care the safety of all guest very well. Breakfast and Dinner Choices were great and delicious. The room was super clean and modern, with a nice balcony and a comfortable big bed.

The place is perfect for weekend escape, enjoy relax atmosphere, take you folded bike and go around.

Staff were really nice and helpful, location was beautiful and the breakfast was great. We booked to spend time in the hot springs, they weren't great. The outdoor hot springs were nice but the indoor ones were quite dated and not necessarily relaxing. I do think it's a little silly that you can't go in the hot springs in the morning also, we wanted to spend a few hours there before we left.

The resort was lovely and the front desk staffs were nice. Some staff simply didn't seem to know what they were doing though, we have been misinformed TWICE regarding the restaurant operating hours and room service hours. Also, they should have informed us the hot spring will not be hot, the hot spring was cold with leaves and bugs inside, and I got bitten by mosquitoes at least 20 times.

There were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

The staff was friendly, the venue is far from everything. A perfect getaway from the city. The pool was under construction when we were there.
