Good hospitality Friendly staffs. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Huge bedrooms & super king size bed is a plus point ! It’s nice to rest properly after a whole day outing. The guy manager is very smart solving my needs. This hotel is located in the middle of tourist town So it is very hard to get cab/taxi due to traffic congestion. However the metro is within walking distance. Great stay. Getting anywhere in Suzhou is very easy. Love the idea of they having 24hr laundry room .its definitely easing the stress of bringing back smelly clothes ( it’s really hot in Suzhou! & the immense sweats were horrible )

A comfortable stay. Everything is good especially the location, the bed, and the room is spacious. The receptionist is helpful and let us check in early so we can settle down before we start our trip. They also offered us a discounted breakfast (less 60%) after joining the member.

Looks very grand and smells nice once entering lobby. Room is very spacious and pretty, but to take note that they used centralised air conditioning system instead of individualised room air conditioner. On the first night I stayed, the room was so stuffy even with aircond on with temp of 25 degree Celsius + our room did not have windows to ventilate. Even the alley and lobby is cooler than our room. Called the front desk and they offered a fan but it was still stuffy throughout the night. Second day they took note of our issue and claimed had repaired the air conditioning in our room, hence it was cooler on the second night but still got a little stuffy in the middle of the night. However, they acknowledged the issue and offered us small gifts as compensation, which was very kind of them. But I still do hope they will improve their air conditioning system in future, as some people could not tolerate heat. Design of toilet and shower is not to my liking as they were in separated cubicles and no bidet. Generally, cleanliness is acceptable and comfortable. Good front desk service whom offered me her number to order food delivery. Location is decent, 8-10 mins walk away from nearest subway station. Pingjiang lu is just opposite. Generally, good for short stay, but to take note air conditioning is not individualised.
