The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The hotel also organized baking activities for children, and the children had a lot of fun. Special thanks to Zhang Jing, the hotel waiter, who took the initiative to guide me to book on Ctrip, informed me of the hotel's activities, helped me book the hotel restaurant, and arranged everything, making me feel like home. I was very touched and will come again in the future.

Everything else was very good, except that after the door of this room was closed and locked, there was still a big gap. This is the first time I have seen this in all the years I have lived in hotels. I hope the hotel can find a way to correct it.

The hotel is located by the Taihu Lake, with a beautiful environment. The lobby is very grand, the rooms are located on the 1st to 3rd floors, with large areas, balconies, clothes drying racks, and free fruit. The room is generally clean, there is dust on the table, the cup holder in the drawer is also dusty, the towel is a little yellow, the makeup mirror in the bathroom cannot be rotated to the angle where you can look at your face, and the socket next to the sink is not very effective, you have to hold the socket with your hand to blow your hair. What is more unacceptable is that the sound insulation effect is almost equivalent to no, especially when sleeping at night, we are forced to listen to the TV when the neighbor is watching TV. Reported to the front desk, and received a call after a while saying that the TV next door is indeed very loud, but the tenants are asleep, and they can't knock on the door. They are afraid that they will complain, so they can only change our room. It was nearly 23 o'clock. Looking at the things spread all over the room, I really couldn't accept the change of room, so I had to bite the bullet and knock on the door next door, asking for the TV to be quieter. The sound insulation was too poor and we couldn't sleep. The other party turned off the TV quickly, and the problem was solved. I deeply suspect that the hotel waiter didn't contact them, anyway, the problem is solved. This is the worst soundproof hotel I've ever stayed in. With the balcony door, curtains and door closed, all the lines and ads on the TV next door are crystal clear. How did this wall become so useless?

The room is clean and well-equipped; the surrounding geographical environment is very good, Taihu Lake is opposite the door, and you can walk along Taihu Avenue to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. The service needs to be mentioned in particular. Butler Xiao Lu and other front desk staff are meticulous and thoughtful. They noticed that the second day of our stay was a family birthday, and sent cakes and good greetings. It was really heartwarming! ! The hotel is equipped with a gym, swimming pool and other entertainment facilities, and currently also offers movie tickets. I recommend that you can choose to stay here, and consider staying here next time you come to Taihu Lake for vacation!

The housekeeper Xiao Xing provided very good service, the room was nice, and there was night porridge. You can also watch a movie next to the hotel. If you need travel photography, you can make an appointment in advance. It was too cold these two days so I didn't consider it. It is very convenient to get to Xishan and Dongshan. Maybe it will be more lively here in summer.
