The environment and service were excellent, and the room was very spacious. I really liked the natural, rustic decor. We even tried making lacquered fans at the hotel when it was raining and we couldn't go out. They also gave us a little horse plushie, which was a lovely surprise!

This place is fantastic! The room is huge, with a living room and kitchen downstairs, and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs (there's also a separate toilet downstairs). It could easily accommodate four people with plenty of space to spare! Outside, there's a massive cold plunge pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is kept warm 24/7, making it incredibly relaxing to soak in! If you come in the summer, you'd be able to swim in the cold pool. 😆 The hotel also offers a variety of free activities, including kayaks. The private waterfront access provides an absolutely stunning spot to watch the sunrise! And if you visit in the summer, you might even get to see the lotus flowers blooming. The shuttle service staff were super friendly and helpful. Our housekeepers, Nancy and Tommy, were also great, providing excellent and prompt service via WeChat. Thank you all! However, the breakfast was a bit too simple compared to the price of the stay.

The ambiance is wonderfully peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to unwind and clear your mind. While the resort isn't overly large, simply enjoying the lake views and taking leisurely strolls each day was incredibly pleasant. The only downside was the intense heat during our stay, which limited our ability to explore for extended periods. **Cleanliness:** Everything was spotlessly clean. The pool water was also meticulously maintained, seemingly refreshed with each new booking, which was impressive. **Facilities:** We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit. The layout of the upstairs bedroom felt more practical and well-designed. Downstairs, however, the bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area, making the room quite humid after a shower, although thankfully a dehumidifier was provided. The tatami mat in the lounge area was very spacious, large enough to comfortably sleep two additional people. **Service:** The service was excellent and very responsive. Our room was promptly serviced on the second day. A special thank you to our butler, Adrian! **Minor Drawback:** The only slight drawback was perhaps the dining options. After trying two meals, we'd recommend sticking to the Western menu, as the Chinese food, in particular, offered quite poor value for money.

The room was very clean. The private plunge pools were refreshed for each guest, and there were also small massage hot tubs, providing a very comfortable experience. The highlight for us was the lotus-picking boat ride, which both adults and children absolutely loved. The surroundings were peaceful. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the butler was incredibly responsive and helpful.

This Naked Retreats property in Suzhou is a wonderful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The moment you step into the resort, you're greeted by fresh, crisp air, and the delightful aroma in the lobby instantly makes you feel refreshed and at ease. A big thank you to our butler, Rita, who dedicated her time to provide us with a thorough and thoughtful introduction. The resort is well-equipped with facilities, and its layout is very inviting. The indoor swimming pool is spacious, offering a variety of entertainment activities like billiards and table tennis. They also have outdoor lawn football, lake boating, and relaxing spa treatments – it's truly wonderful for unwinding and de-stressing completely! Definitely coming back!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one comes straight from the heart. Our stay at Naked Water in Suzhou was unforgettable—not just because of the breathtaking scenery or the stunning villa with its private pools (yes, both hot and lukewarm!), but because of the people who made our time there genuinely magical. A special thanks to Devin, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a private in-villa dining experience for my proposal. With the help of Nancy and Adrian—two incredibly kind and thoughtful staff members—they set up a beautifully decorated table inside our villa, complete with fresh flowers, flawless food presentation, and a warm, graceful presence throughout the evening. They even prepared parting gifts for us and were on hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. Their support turned my carefully planned moment into something even more meaningful. I’ll never forget it—and neither will my now fiancée. The villa itself was gorgeous—secluded, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Waking up to the quiet of nature, soaking in the private pools, and spotting the resort’s friendly pets wandering about (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) made the entire experience feel intimate and grounding. This place isn’t just a getaway—it’s where memories are made. We’re already planning to come back for our anniversary. Eternally grateful.

My previous visit with my best friend was so satisfying that I brought my husband and kids back for another visit, and it was just as wonderful as ever. The private pool and hot spring tub within the villa were incredibly convenient. The water is changed for each guest, ensuring excellent hygiene and preventing cross-contamination. The kids had an absolute blast playing with water guns and swimming. The lotus flowers by the lake were all in full bloom. We also tried kayaking and even saw a rainbow. It was a truly perfect trip!

The environment was pleasant, and we appreciated having cooking facilities. My only minor concern was a noticeable amount of dust, possibly on the furniture or curtains, which might not be ideal for those with rhinitis.

The service was good. However, the facility maintenance wasn't quite up to the standard of Naked Stables in Moganshan; for instance, the air conditioning in the restaurant was insufficient, and the pool area had almost none. On the bright side, there was a great variety of activities, keeping us entertained from morning till night. It's also conveniently located not too far from Costco, and having a small kitchen made it super easy to whip up simple meals like pasta with our own ingredients!
