Facing Yinshan Lake with a beautiful view. The breakfast was rich and the environment was excellent. Facilities: Very satisfied. Hygiene: Overall good, with a gym and a swimming pool. Environment: The surrounding area and amenities are great, with places to shop, eat, and stroll nearby. 👍

Beautiful hotel, and good rate. Location right next to lake and across the road from a small mall with food options. Decent buffet breakfast in the lobby. We got 2 rooms for 1 night in Suzhou, the only downside was the shower was clogged in both rooms and I found a cigarette butt in the shower drain of 1 of the rooms. Informed hotel on checkout.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we are very happy with the cleanliness and services provided. We enjoyed the space in the room which is relatively larger than other ones closer to the city. The surroundings are nice and peaceful. There is a shopping mall in a walkable distance with a supermarket and some restaurants, using didi to commute is very straightforward and the key tourist locations are within 10-20 mins of distance. The hotel was kindly allowed us for late check out.

During the recent Dragon Boat festival, my wife and I spend the weekend at Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake. Firstly, the service from hotel staff are excellent. We especially enjoyed the service by the staff at the Shiny Lounge where we had our afternoon tea. The staff (I didn't managed to get her name) is very friendly and helpful, knowing that we are foreigners. She patiently explained the package and even took extra effort to get discount for us. We are really appreciative of such a wonderful and thoughtful care. Our entire stay is enjoyable, and the lake view from our room is fantastic. Not even the rain (the entire 2 days of our stay) could dampen our holiday. I would highly recommend this place for its good location, excellent staff service and great view.

I've always left good reviews before, but this time I have two issues: 1. I had my child's ID for check-in, but I was still asked to sign something? They said it was a requirement from the Guoxiang Police Station? Please don't add unnecessary tasks for customers. 2. There were over a dozen people in one room on the same floor, making noise from night until past midnight, and then again from 6-7 AM. If you're hosting large groups, please recommend a suite. Is this how the hotel is managed? I went to the front desk, and only one person came to check it out, but the room was still packed with people.
