Lakeside Hotel Suzhou

This is by far the best room I've stayed in for this price range recently – clean and comfortable. The environment is perfect for a relaxing stay, and the facilities are all-encompassing. The service was also very thoughtful, making it feel like excellent value for money. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The room was a rather old-fashioned suite, but the facilities were clearly high-end for its time. The bathroom had no odor, and the waiter, Chen Jianqing, provided very warm and attentive service.

The long holiday trip was really nice. The hotel provided breakfast, and overall it was acceptable. Also, there was a balcony outside, perfect for having coffee and enjoying the breeze in the evening. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Staying at the Waterfront Hotel during the New Year holiday and being upgraded to a "Deluxe Executive Suite" was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright; the facilities were complete and excellent; and the service was warm and attentive. Thumbs up! 👍

I bought a hotel for New Year's Eve dinner as a group purchase and came here for a big family gathering. The hotel is easy to find. It's very quiet and suitable for self-cultivation. However, the facilities are a bit old. The carpet in the room is seriously pilled. There is dust everywhere. It's very old... The sockets also have leakage. Quite scary... The waiters have very good attitudes and are basically responsive to all requests. I am very satisfied with the room service! The New Year's Eve dishes purchased in the group are very simple and taste pretty good...The breakfast is quite confusing and there are very few varieties. When there are more people eating, it will be troublesome and easy to be full...the plate will be empty... Overall...not recommended...
