Our overall experience was fantastic! Amber contacted us in advance via WeChat and arranged for us to have rooms on the same floor, which was incredibly thoughtful. My absolute favorite part was the Social Hour from 5 PM to 6 PM daily. Stepping into Zhuhui 168, surrounded by water on three sides, instantly felt like being transported into a Jiangnan painting. The elegant Suzhou-style pavilions blend seamlessly with modern design. Sitting on the waterside terrace with a seasonal special drink, watching the light dance on the water, and listening to the rustling bamboo, truly brings the ancient verse 'Guests arrive for wine' to life. The drinks are exquisitely crafted, making it perfect for both solo relaxation and small gatherings. The room amenities were superb! The bedding was soft yet supportive, the smart toilet and constant-temperature shower had great water pressure, and the wet/dry separation was spotless. The high-speed WiFi was seamless, and the adjustable lighting made it comfortable for both work and rest. Breakfast was also excellent, with Suzhou-style noodles and savory soy milk alongside Western pastries like waffles – a delightful combination. The hotel truly imbues every detail with the slow pace of Gusu. Here, you don't need to rush to tourist spots; simply sitting in a corner allows you to connect with Jiangnan and experience Suzhou's unique refined charm. The environment is comfortable, and the overall feeling was wonderful. For this short trip to Gusu, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. It was a very satisfying experience, and I will certainly stay here again.
