Thunderhill Motel and Suites

Property was clean upon arrival, decent bed. At check-in, we had to telephone caretaker and were told the key was in the room. No printed copy of receipt was offered. Ad said complimentary in-room continental breakfast but we didnt find anything. When we arrived back after our day out, we saw no one had cleaned or tidied and hospitality supplies were not refreshed. That evening we telephoned the caretaker to request coffee for the morning (no tea was offered) and we asked about the advertised breakfast and that was not available either. We weere told they don't do that. Small things, really, but they seem to have forgotten the hospitality part of their business.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended I stayed at this motel for a business trip and had an awful experience. The room had a terrible smell, and the bedsheets were stained – it honestly looked like they hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. During our 3-day stay, no one from housekeeping came to clean the room, change the sheets, clean the bathroom, or even pick up the trash. To make matters worse, the towels smelled terrible. We requested fresh ones, but they were just as bad. Overall, the hygiene and service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet and more spacious than we expected!
