Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. Before checking into hotels later in Page and Kingman, I was a bit critical of this lodge. However, after experiencing the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Page at Lake Powell and the Hampton Inn & Suites Kingman, I truly appreciated how good this lodge was. If you're interested, you can check out my reviews for those two hotels. While Red Feather Lodge isn't huge, its facilities and amenities are very comprehensive. I recommend booking a room in the main hotel building, as the motel section seems to lack elevators. Ice machines, water dispensers, a laundry room, and coffee by the entrance are all readily available. Cynthia at the front desk was exceptionally good – her service was warm and she answered every question. My only complaints are the noise from the air conditioning and the housekeeping. They didn't greet us, which felt quite impolite in the US where people usually say 'hi,' especially to guests. What's more, they took clothing I had thrown in the trash, pulled it out of the bin, and placed it on my desk! What kind of operation is that? When I returned to the hotel and saw yesterday's discarded clothes on my desk, I was confused and felt offended!

Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Arrived a little after 1 PM and was able to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room here is very spacious. They also have an outdoor pool, a gym, and a laundry room. All the front desk staff I encountered were very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Great location, comfy bed and room, Shi..y service at restaurant, At maintenance department, at front desk in locating hotel amenities and all brought to you by some of the rudest hotel staff ever encountered. Only one working ice machine available in whole complex.

The location is perfect and all the staff were very friendly. We traveled with our dog so it's good that they have a small dog park near our room. They also provide free EV charging which was very convenient, too. The only thing I can think of is that the shower water pressure was a bit low. However, overall we had a really good experience

The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend. However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest. There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold 😅), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way. The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good.

Excellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again.

The stay was pretty average overall. The location was decent and the basic facilities were okay, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. The room was acceptable for a short stay, although there were some small details that could definitely be improved to make guests feel more comfortable. The atmosphere was fairly normal and the experience was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Staff service was okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but not especially impressive. Overall, it’s an alright place if you just need somewhere simple to stay for a short period, but I probably wouldn’t consider it memorable or exceptional.
