Absolutely loved this hotel. So much to do and the kids loved the pool. Grilling are was really nice to. Staff was top notch. Cleaning ladies couldn’t understand me but them seem nice

The breakfast was not the best! The coffee was cold both morning’s we were there. The water temperature was barely hot in the bathroom and kitchen. I don’t believe I will stay again.

Family friendly place It's well maintained, but the noise between the rooms is good. The water pressure is low and the water is not going down well. It's a bit dangerous because the furniture is aging. Breakfast is fine

I had a good stay and everything was good except for they promised me a 1 check out and then the maids went crazy at 11:45 am…. And it was already so late how can you expect me to all of a sudden get out of the room when I was planning the 1 check out. Let people know the night before if you can’t!

Everything is perfect!I gave amenities a four star because of the AC near the window. It is loud and would not turn off. I used three pillows to cover the vent and the noise then became minimal. I had a good night sleep!

The good: Fantastic location if you are visiting Franklin and Brentwood. Daily breakfast was provided, coin operated on site laundry and dryer machines, small gym room. The bad: There was no housekeeping during the 5 days of stay. Not sure if it was due to the shortage of housekeepers during lull season.
