I don’t think that the hotel has been met the standard of 4 star, but it is the only hotel in the city center

We had a great stay at this hotel. Clean hotel . Very helpful staff and we would definitely recommend Leonardo hotel for everyone visiting Swindon

Lovely room staff were so accommodating to requests and me and my partner loved it here and room service was amazing and great deal and breakfast too was top quality for price will be coming back here again!

Lovely modern and clean hotel.
Annoyingly, the cleaners woke us at 8am to clean the room!! Furious… stayed for anniversary and was woken up.
Room incredibly hot and no air con.
Hotel foyer was freezing cold- other guests with blankets and jumper! They need to adjust air con in public places and improve bedrooms.
Carparking well priced at £6
Would definitely stay again if they could assure no early wake up call from staff

Lots of roadworks made access a little more difficult but that’s out of the hotel’s control. Lovely room, clean and well maintained. The restaurant, while smart and fresh wasn’t too brilliant with our food, which was disappointing.
