The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The location is another big plus. While there’s nothing extravagant about the place, it offers a very good experience overall. If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Świnoujście, these apartments are a good choice.

Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht Zimmermit seitlichem Meerblick erhalten. Zimmer für fünf Personen gebucht, Bettwäsche aber nur für vier Personen vorhanden. Erst nach dem dritten Besuch in der Rezeption wurde uns die Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die fünfte Personen gegeben.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen: die 2 Sterne vergebe ich für das gute Frühstück im Partnerhotel Hilton und das freundliche Personal beim Frühstücken und beim Check In im Aquapark negativ: - die permanente Lüftung (ich meine nicht die Air Condition) im Appartment war sehr störend, besonders während der Nachtruhe - das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr unbequem - schlechte Kommunikation: Rezeption der Molo-Unterkünfte ist nur bis 18.00 Uhr besetzt. Bei verspäteter Anreise - die angekündigt war - holten wir die Check-In Unterlagen auf eigene Initiative im Partnerhotel Radisson ab. Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass wir bei verspäteter Anreise in den Partnerhotels nachfragen sollen. Im Radisson wurden uns die Unterlagen überreicht, u.a. die Parkplatz-Reservierung für die Tiefgarage mitgeteilt. Bei Check-Out mussten wir zusätzlich 60.00 Euro für 2 Nächte für die Nutzung der Tiefgarage zahlen, ohne dass wir weder im Vorfeld noch bei der Übergabe über die Preise informiert wurden. Weder bei Buchung über Booking noch über die Website des Molo werden Preise der Parkmöglichkeiten konkret benannt. Preis-Leistung ungenügend!!!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin im Getümmel, hat im Zimmer dennoch seine ruhe. Super ist das extra wenn man über ******* bucht. Die Rezeption zu finden ist etwas umständlich. Sie ist etwas versteckt nicht auf der Karte zu sehen an der Promenade.
Sonst wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit Freunden für eine Geburtstagsfeier da.
