The hotel is quite old and looks different from the photos on the official website. There are many Chinese tourists, but it’s very convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk staff were also nice.

Hotel location was very good. Walking distance to darling harbour, chinatown, qvb, Westfield and many shopping malls.
The bed is very comfortable as well. But breakfast was not good, I do not recommend taking the breakfast as the variety is limited. Maybe if just 1 or 2 days is ok.

very satisfied with our stay! room was spacious, & the location was super convenient. lots of food options & shopping nearby. front desk was friendly & helpful as well.
hotel breakfast was normal, can skip imo.

Excellent choice in Sydney. Very good location in the heart of the city. Modern cosy and quite big room and not overpriced. 100% recommended

The location is really central and convenient for shopping and access to the main attractions in Sydney. The food from the restaurant was excellent, and prices are reasonable.
The buffet breakfast was also good, but could be better with slightly more variation, especially since we stayed for 5 nights.
Our room was booked for 3 people, but we were only provided with two towels and no extra pillow. Additionally, the glass windows could be cleaner.
