Fantastic! The location is super convenient, not far from the airport – just four train stops away. It's also really close to the city center, making it easy to get to Chinatown or find a place to eat. The room was clean and hygienic, and they even changed the sheets after just two nights.

The hotel is clean with great hosiptality from staff. My wife and son stayed there comfortably. Will stay again next time

The amenities are basic, and check-in is done via a self-service machine. However, the location is a huge plus, right in Sydney's Surry Hills district. Within a 5-minute walk, there are several popular brunch cafes, bustling with locals.

❌ We booked two rooms for four people and had an extremely poor experience! Absolutely, unbelievably terrible 👎🏻 Completely not recommended! First off, the check-in experience was incredibly frustrating! We booked two rooms under one reservation, but they assigned us to different floors, under different guest names. When we questioned this, the front desk just kept saying we booked through an agency, so it was our fault for not adding a note 😅😅😅😅 There was no prompt on Trip.com telling me to add any notes, okay? The service was terrible. We checked into one room, and for the other, they told us to come back at 2 PM. We went back at 2 PM, and then stood around waiting for another half an hour to check in because their internal communication system wasn't getting replies, and the staff member didn't know if our room was ready or not 🤷🏻‍♀️ They just kept making us wait. Secondly, the rooms were tiny, the beds were tiny, and the most ridiculous part was that the beds had wheels and couldn't be fixed in place, so they would move every time you turned over – utterly absurd! One of our rooms actually had an internal door, and the hotel didn't inform us about this beforehand. The soundproofing was extremely poor, the showerheads in the bathroom were full of limescale, and they didn't provide any disposable toiletries, claiming it was for environmental protection. Food delivery wasn't allowed upstairs, the hotel facilities were old and run-down, the staff seemed disorganized, and parking was difficult. Tour buses for foreign groups blocked the entrance, preventing other pick-up/drop-off vehicles from getting through... All in all, this hotel is a huge no-go. I'd rather pay a bit more than stay here.

This is my second stay this year. I didn't take any pictures of the room, but I did get some shots of the bar downstairs. They have great music, drinks, and delicious food. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms here are surprisingly spacious, not at all cramped. They come with a sofa, a dining table and chairs, and a kitchen cabinet. All the essentials are provided, including tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. I especially love that they offer daily cleaning. Shampoo, shower gel, and soap are all well-stocked. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended!

It was really great! The lobby and the rooms were absolutely adorable ♡ There weren't any toothbrushes or hairbrushes, but slippers were available if you asked at the front desk! They also lent us chopsticks when we asked. The customer service was wonderful ♡ The location was good, the surrounding scenery was lovely, and it was quiet – a really great spot. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Sydney ♡ The popular cafe A.P HOUSE is very close by, so I highly recommend checking it out! I've included photos of the hotel's surroundings.

There are plenty kinds of food for breakfast specifically boiled rice. Room has sink for washer dish.

good clean room with very nice faculty and also have laundry room for clean the clothes etc, will definitely stay again when in Australia Sydney for the next trip. Breakfast is also good

Nice facilities. But be aware that it takes around 10 minutes up-slope walk from Central station, if you take large luggage, please allow some time. There is a nice coffee shop next to the Hotel, worth a visit!
