great experience. nice staffs. convenient location. the only trouble is the carpark system, esp after 6pm where they close the gate and have to wait for someone from the reception to answer the ring and open the gate. it can take a while.

Extremely satisfied! The location is super convenient, right in the city center. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and bright. It was Christmas 🎄, and they even left us some lovely Christmas chocolates 🍫 outside our door in the morning. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends next time!

The room was quite spacious; we stayed for nine nights and never felt cramped. There was plenty of counter space for our belongings. The location is superb, directly across from Coles, and there's a convenience store on the next street. It's very convenient to walk to QVB, Westfield, Myer, and Mecca. Hyde Park and Circular Quay are a bit further, so you can take public transport, but we found the 20-minute walk perfectly acceptable, as we enjoyed taking photos and browsing along the way.

The place was spotless . Very central to everything. We were there for a show at theatre Royal. So handy just a short walk. Restaurant and happy hour around us . We also went to barrangaroo short walk away. Very close to town hall station
