Everything was fantastic, except for the bed, which was a little too soft for my liking. The only other area for improvement was the check-in experience. The receptionist did not provide sufficient information regarding the Wi-Fi password, the directions to our room, or the location and floor of the gym.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything. The facilities are new and comfortable, and the decor is quite good. The view is also nice, and the amenities are plentiful. It's a very comfortable hotel, conveniently located in the city. Overall, very good.

The room is on the smaller side, which is understandable given the excellent location. The facilities are good and the stay was overall very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the hotel did not have sanitary pads or tampons available, and there were no nearby 24-hour convenience stores to purchase them. Very convenient location with moat famous tourist spots like Darlin Harbour, Opera House & museums within 30 mins walk distance. Hotel was clean and practical, staff was helpful too.

The room was a bit small, but the location was quite convenient. They provided an adapter, which was a nice touch. The cleaning lady was particularly nice. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and the plates and cups were very dirty. I feel the hygiene standards weren't met. The service, on the other hand, was good. Unfortunately, there aren't any breakfast places or even bakeries nearby, so we had no choice but to eat there. I hope the restaurant improves its hygiene conditions.

Room is a bit small. Streets outside a bit noisy, not too clean, not very much looking like part of the CBD but very convenient if wanting to visit the Darling Harbour. In short, you pay what you get.

First stay at West. The room was a bit small but was still very comfortable. The hotel has a small gym on the premises. No issues with Wi-Fi, and bed was comfortable as well. Good location, close to both Darling harbor and the city.
