The location was good. In terms of kindness, a Korean employee at the front desk, "SUMIN," she was very kind. The cleaning conditions were not good. On the 3rd or 4th day, the towel was replaced and cleaned, but the bedding was not replaced. And I paid the AUD203.32 amount in advance at check-in and said I would refund it at check-out, but it's already been 3 days, but I can't refund it

It is very conveniently located. The apartment is spacious and staff are courteous. The gym room is a bit small and outdated. The pool is fine, and it is indoor with jacuzzi. The sauna room is not hot enough. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location in CBD, close to everything. The apartment needs renovation, bathrooms are worn out, and the floor in the master bedroom room is crooked. Great service, we will come back again.

Great view and service. Only complain was the room delayed for 2 hrs but they did compensate w late checkout. We were not informed one of the rooms aircon was spoiled until we complained and got compensated w a fan. It was weird that one controller control all the rooms aircon as well
