The location is exceptionally good, right in the city centre and close to all attraction; only a short walk. The apartment is good for a family; there is no parking but you can get parking in nearby place.

Great location with beautiful views of Darling harbour. Short walk to the city and to darling harbour. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need.

The cleaning chemical used within the room was so overpowering it was hard to breath, the aircon from the roof rained down dirty water onto the balcony the entire time. Cocroaches were on the balcony also as well as cigarette butts and ***** growing. The carpet was that dirty that it left black stains on our feet and socks when not wearing shows. There was no ramp or lift and I had to carry my new born baby in the pram up wet stairs. I would of asked for a refund if it wasn't for the logiclstical nightmare of moving all of Mt stuff back to the carpark and finding another hotel. Terrible experience all round apart from the friendly staff.

Apartment is located in close proximity to Darling harbour. Apartment was a nice size and very clean. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Tariff reasonable for a city stay of 1 night. Biggest negative is the road noise. Don’t expect to sleep in or even sleep at any time of day. The apartments are located on a very busy road that starts from 5am. You could hardly hear yourself talk it was that loud. Awful. No blockout curtains just cheap and aged vertical blinds that let the light in. So if the noise doesn’t wake you up the sun will. Noisy air conditioner- that rattled away all night long, if we turned it off the apartment became unbearably hot. We were only in for a night- and won’t be rebooking for future stays.

We chose this place because of its location to darling harbour , opera house and shopping . Rooms need a makeover , the downstairs pullout sofa is good for children not adults . Shower mouldy Lots of road noise , and people screaming outside because opposite a busy road and nightclub

Look, the building is old, but you really can't fault this place for the price. The customer service was excellent. Rooms clean and well equipped. Great location and perfect for a family wanting to spend a few days exploring Sydney on a budget.

We Stayed at this service apartment as it was close to the Hyatt hotel where a wedding function was being held. It important to note that this Apartment block does not have onsite parking. You will need to park at a Wilson parking station and lug all your luggage to the Apartment. On top of that you then need to carry them up a flight of stairs just to get to reception. Our overnight stay was very expensive for the quality of the room. Seems using the sofa is expensive for 2 kids. Room was very average, but sufficed for our stay as it was only for the night. Certainly would not stay there for a longer stay. As we were on the third floor, outside noise was terrible and made for a very bad sleep. Also if you dislike the shower being in the bathtub, avoid this place. Generally speaking the apartment needs an uplift.

This location is close to everything and great for a family. All attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, public transport all in walking distance. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. We have stayed many times before. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. This time the cleanliness of the towels wasn't great but staff replaced straight away. We would definitely stay again.

Location is the best and very helpful staffs. There is no dishwasher though, so should be okay for a short stay and please add operational instruction for the kitchen exhaust vent. If you are travelling to Sydney for site seeing then this is the best place in terms of location, accessibility and affodability.
