The food was great,the staff are great but there's some area need fixing like the aircon, they put us in another room unfortunately the first room and the second room was not working properly third time room lucky though While in the restaurant looking up you could see the dirt from the exhaust or aircon filter it is slightly dirty. But one thing though is the staff are very accommodating and friendly.also just check the fridges that it is not clogged with frozen ice as we cannot use it for frozen items

It's a good budget hotel, the rooms are clean tidy and reasonably appointed. There is a shuttle to both domestic and international airports at a cost 0f 12$ Aud. I walked it and it's close enough if your fit.
As a solo traveller it suits welll for the budget conscious. Great breakfast and dinner is at ground level and something for all.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels within the vicinity of Sydney Airport. I have Stayed there for a night to catch an early morning flight. Hotel staff were not trained properly to multitask multiple guests checking in at the same times. As a result, i had to wait almost 45 minutes just to check in.
The next morning one of the hotel receptionists double charged my credit card (P.S I have prepaid for my stay at this hotel via Trip.com).
It took almost 4 days for my money to be refunded.
Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Overall good, but need to improve hospitality, such as restaurant should be open 24 H when we check in at midnight that really need foods, provided tooth brush and tooth pasta (as my personal experience) with the Ibis airport in difference city)
