Excellent location just a couple mins walk from Town Hall station. Also has a Woolworth conveniently nearby and QVB is just across the road. Room was clean, room service was excellent and towels were replaced daily. Mini fridge and iron too in the room if needed. Bathroom is spacious enough and concierge is very friendly.

Great location and very clean and decent rooms. Ideal if you want to stay central. We spent time mostly outdoors but this was a convenient location for us.

Cleanliness: So-so, lacking in detail. There was still dust on the hairdryer cover. Facilities: The bedding was way too soft, not ideal for Chinese people. When one person lies on it, it just sags.

Excellent location right in the city. The staff were fantastic. When I left behind a very expensive tea pot they did not hesitate to store it for it me, when I decided to have it posted to my address, they organized everything! It arrived safely and was pacakged professionally in a way that meant it was never going to be broken.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, directly opposite QVB (Queen Victoria Building), which makes getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. However, the room's hardware condition was quite disappointing. The space was very small and the facilities were quite old. The overall feel was probably equivalent to a domestic three-star standard. The service was decent though, with housekeeping coming daily. All things considered, I likely won't choose to stay here again. Unless you have an extreme obsession with being 'right outside QVB', you can definitely find a larger room with newer facilities for the same price in Sydney.
