Service was average and amenities very basic. Had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. The space was pretty tight for 2 people and no extra table space for work. However, location was near ICC Sydney which was convenient.

Location is great, nearby many restaurants & shops that open til late in Sydney. Amenities are complete and they have all you need (dental kit upon request, microwave at lobby). The family room is incredibly small though, so if you have big luggages, it will be challenging.

Very near to all: tram, metro station, supermarket, restos and food options. But I would like to mention that cleaning of room is a hit and miss. Sometimes it was cleaned perfectly but sometimes it wasnt. This is still a good option to stay if you want everything closer to you.

Hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and Darling Harbor and only 5 minutes walk to Town Hall station for airport train. Room is very small, no space to put down my luggage. There is no chair,no desk. For one person staying overnight is fine. Two people in the room would be crowded.

Location was very central.. hotel very dated and felt more like a hostel. Staff very friendly but don’t recommend if you are used to staying in the Novotel.

The hotel is a little hidden as the cab couldn’t stop at the hotel entrance. So we have to alight at the side of the road and lug our luggage to locate the hotel. Basic hotel, no frills. Toothbrush need to be picked up from the reception. The location is quite noisy at night, with night bars right below the street. Room is small, won’t recommend for families.

We love this hotel so much as it is very convenient and accessible to all such as restaurants. And the station is just around the corner. Perfect location!
