Easy to find with stores in close proximity. The staff were really nice and the pub downstairs is quite convenient. Would stay again

Great little room with a comfy bed in a great location.
The only issue I had was the rooms do not have air conditioning, so the room was sweltering hot (I stayed late January), and even with the window open the room did not cool down in the slightest. There is a ceiling fan, but it just pushed the hot air around. I would say it was probably the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had, but that was purely from the heat. Everything else about the place was comfy/convenient.

While being a marvel of the animal kingdom Cockroaches are not the most welcome of guests. Despite this, they inhabit the erko in abundance. I saw more roaches than people.
The location however, is impossible to ignore. The proximity to Newtown and lively pub beneath are the venues biggest selling point.
Ultimately, if you don't mind fighting off a few roaches in the shower, you will enjoy your stay.

Excellent staff- friendly easy check in. Comfy room and very clean. Only issue was the window didn’t open!!
