The location is convenient, 400m to Metro station, with easy and free parking outside of the building(basement parking is charged).
However the room clean service during the stay is not as expected, they don’t even make you bed and empty the bin every day until I ask so.

I’m so sad and disappointed. I cancel booking within 10mins because hotel provide the room can not fit in three people. But it’s show that’ okay with three guess. I cancel the hotel immediately and now no refundable for me. Pay the hotel and I didn’t check in. So sad, you let my trip worse than ever.

This was my first time staying here and honestly, it was a disaster. The fire alarm went off three times — twice in the evening and again at 2 AM, all false alarms. The 2 AM one woke up the entire hotel, and we all had to evacuate. I took the stairs down, but when I tried to go back up, I got locked in the stairwell with no staff in sight. I had to wait for someone to let me back in, and then another 15 minutes just to get into the lift because everyone was trying to return to their rooms. It took almost 40 minutes just to get back to my room. I couldn’t sleep after that, and I had an interview in the morning — which was the whole reason I booked this hotel. No one from the hotel staff ever came to explain or apologize. There wasn’t even a single staff member in the lobby — only the firefighters. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good: spacious rooms, handy to have laundry facilities, free outdoor parking
Bad: beds very uncomfortable, great kitchen but the pans were so old, dirty and unusable

Customer service is very good and there are plenty of amenities, washing machine, kitchen… And close to the metro train station as well.
