Fantastic location! Right in the city center with tons of restaurants and bars downstairs. It's a short walk to the newly opened fish market and also to Chinatown. The only downside is that the room was a bit small.

Excellent location with convenient transportation. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy. You can enjoy the full view of Darling Harbour from the window all day long. The service is warm and attentive, always meeting our needs. We stayed for five consecutive days and even received a complimentary daily double cocktail or drink, which was truly a wonderful experience.

Traveling as a family of four, we booked room 1827. The view was absolutely beautiful! It was a two-bedroom suite with private bathrooms and even an induction hob, though we didn't end up using it. The breakfast was plentiful, but it was mostly Western-style, so it might not be ideal for Chinese guests – you could probably skip breakfast. We enjoyed the harbor view right from our beds.

The house keeping was the worst we ever had in a W hotel. We asked 4 days in a row to vacuum clean our room. It never happend! Calling the from desk took 5-10 min waiting times from the room. The location was great and also the breakfast.

This is an unbeatable choice for a family trip. The room layout is excellent, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very convenient for a family of four. The room amenities are perfect: a washer-dryer combo, plenty of hangers, an oven, a microwave, and a full set of pots, pans, spatulas, cutting boards, and a dishwasher. They even provided Vitamin C! The hotel lobby has many board games, a coffee machine, and tea, making it a great place for kids to relax and have fun while waiting. The location is also ideal, about 800m from a large supermarket where you can buy fruits and other groceries. It's also a walkable 1.1km to the Cathedral, Hyde Park, the Australian Museum, and more, which is quite acceptable. Since it was Christmas, the hotel even gave us candies and socks, which was a very sweet gesture. If I ever come back to Sydney, I will definitely choose this place again.

This hotel was amazing! Even though the rooms were smaller than what I'm used to back home, they had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on Darling Harbour. It's a short walk to the city center and Chinatown. Taking a stroll along the harbour at night was incredibly pleasant. Definitely worth recommending, and the value for money is excellent. I'd highly recommend it for young travelers; you'll love it!

We stayed at W Sydney to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a lovely experience. The hotel kindly arranged a fruit platter, welcome card, and a $25 minibar voucher, which made our stay extra special. The room was spacious, the kids loved the rooftop pool, and breakfast had a great variety of pastries and juices. Friendly service and a great location near Darling Square. We’ll definitely be  back
