Location is good, just few minutes walk to station and shopping mall. Reception service is good and feedback nicely Cleanliness is not up to standard In room facility is sufficient, but need to clean up before using them

Staff helpful. Suite tired and various things need attention. Facilities mediocre- we had to ask for glasses. Location excellent for us.

Great position. So close to Parramatta station and Harris Park . But sadly in need to maintenance. Window nearly fell out. Inadequate blankets . Mould in bathroom. Inadequate power points. One teaspoon in the entire place.

The only good thing was the location The unit had almost no television input 2 channels only which constantly broke The balcony was cover with pigeon dropping there was a table out there but no chairs The toilet holder in th bath was broken and inthe lounge room there was an old broken and sagging leather 3 seater . The bed was okay

Centrally located so catching a train is quick. Nice view on the 13th floor. The unit was dirty and in desperate need of an upgrade with many things broken or missing. A lounge or comfortable chairs would be nice too.

Staff were lovely, room was immaculate but there were a few maintenance issues. Very apologetic when I told them though.

The room was tired but relatively clean. The whole building smelt of cooking smells (onion, garlic, curry) which I could not get rid of by opening the doors. The worst part was the amount of noise! My neighbours came home and woke me up at 10:30pm and proceeded to play basketball in their apartment, slam doors, yell loudly and generally make a nuisance of themselves until 2am! I yelled out to them at one point to keep it down but to no avail. The management should be on top of this. I will never stay again.

I liked the easy access to Parramatta Train Station and Westfield Parramatta. The staff were friendly and helpful particularly Jane. However, our apartment was grubby and needed a deep clean and a makeover. The bedsheets were clean but the doona and blankets were stained. The bath tub surrounds need immediate attention. The state of the facilities was in direct contrast to the friendly and efficient staff. The oven’s dials couldn’t be read so I accidentally burnt our dinner. Jane from maintenance was very quick to remedy the situation and provide a portable oven. She also called an electrician to fix the light in the kitchen when a new bulb wouldn’t work. The staff were attentive and not responsible for the state of the apartment. I don’t believe the owners of this apartment complex are meeting the hygiene and cleanliness standards required for accommodation.
