Service: Is it scary for someone to open the door with a key after sleeping until midnight?
My husband picked up the phone bravely, and the other party said that the front desk that received us during the day gave us the wrong key, and we should live in another room. Short bus ride to westfield and the train station, and loads of restaurants. Room has good space and facilities. Enjoyed our stay.would recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December just after Christmas. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were a good size, with a small restaurant open for breakfast each morning that was very reasonably priced. Very easy access to Public Transport with a bus stop almost outside the front door, a short bus ride down to Burwood Train Station. Train run every 10 / 15 minutes into Central. Would stay here again.

It’s quite expensive to stay here considering the location, the room itself is so basic and just what you’d expect in a motel really, the bed is on wheels, god forbid you turn over in your sleep as you’d lose your pillow from the bed moving away from the wall, the water pressure in the shower was so bad that my plumber husband said if we stay next time I’m bringing my own shower head.
It is also SO noisy, you can hear everything!! Receptionist was really lovely :)
