Regular cleaning should be done in toilet and hallways. Overall, it’s a nice location, staff is friendly and accommodating and finally good value for money.

Very close to metro station, just behind town hall. There is a pub just on the same building. Located in the happening area. Plenty of super markets and restaurants nearby. Best budget place to stay in Sydney.

You literally can hear the downstairs music from bar clearly unless you require for an upper level.
Staff can just offer basic information about the city.
Almost 100aud per night is not worth of money at all

The location is good. It is near Tow Hall tram and train station. But toilet and bath room are not clean enough.
