This hotel has no service at all, not worth the money and the brand name comparing with all other Hyatt Regency I stayed in over the workd.
For example, I made a call from my room to book a wakeup call, even before I finished my request, the whosoever-he-is simply picked up the phone and hung up immediately without uttering a sound (Nov.30 at 17:25). I had to go down to the reception to book again. Most staff are student workers or short-time holiday workers who have no idea of what hotel service means. I seldom saw hotel staff smile.
The room is not sound-proof enough.You can hear walking-by guests talk. Sometimes staff cleaned the room in the evening when you felt tired and needed an early sleep. I was waked up a few times by the vacuum cleaner in the next or opposite rooms.
I went to the concierge counter for help, the staff was playing with the phone. I needed to wait for him to finish. When you entered the hotel, no staff near the entrance greeted you or smiled at you. It was a totally disappointed experience.
