The elevator was out of order, so I had to climb from the ground floor (G) to my room on the 5th floor (L5) every time I came back, which was quite tiring. Luckily, I didn't have much luggage. Everything else was pretty good; my roommates were quiet, I slept comfortably, and the location was very convenient. I think it was a good value for money.

What I love about the Capsule Hotel is that the location and also very near the mall. Although, it is important to let guests know that theres no elevator going to the 3rd Level or the 4th floor. So if you have a heavy luggage it is important to take note of this. I love how comfy the beds are and also how clean the beddings and towels are big enough for large people to fit in. There are shampoo, conditioners and body wash available. I had a good/better sleep here. There freezers that I too advantage of. Something to consider, I hope the hostel will provide stickers/papers to write on for the food labels. The pens are working but the markers are dried up. There a bit of a mess in terms of the kitchen and the utensils are a bit disorganized. You cant cook but theres microwave, kettle and toaster.

Overall, the stay was great value for money. The CBD location is fantastic, perfectly situated for public transport to get around the city easily. If you love exploring on foot like I do, almost everything is within walking distance. The only major downside was that the elevator was broken during my stay. I had to carry my luggage all the way up to the third floor. It ended up being a great cardio workout for me, though I did have to stop at every floor to catch my breath! While I laughed it off, it could definitely be a frustrating issue for others.

I loved the box, for a hostel I had my privacy and I rested very well, in addition the location is excellent to get to know the whole city on foot.

Highly recommend! The hostel is very comfortable and extremely close to the Sydney Central Station. Super convenient for getting around the city.

Pros: Unbeatable location - close to metro, light rail and major landmarks. 3 mins walk to Hyde Park. A vast number of food options around. Cons: WiFi in the cabin is very bad - better in the dining area on 3F. Reception hours are 10-21:00 only, although the staff are friendly when they are around

The perfect hostel to stay if you want to visit sydney at a low cost. Hostel is in the middle of the centre, clean, easy, and spacious!
