Booked my older father in for the night and the staff were amazing!!!!!!!!!! You need an app to use the doors and they wrote the codes down for him. Gave us both a tour around. The place is nice and clean and a short walk from the station.

The hotel is located above the pub and the entrance is on the side of the building with the hotel's logo. When I stayed, the reception desk was open from 10am to 3pm. If you want to check in and out on site, you have to pay attention to the time.
Overall, the accommodation experience was good and the staff were friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are similar to most youth hostels. The kitchen and refrigerator are a bit small, but the common area is large enough. There is a Coles supermarket in the Broadway Outlet opposite, where you can buy most daily necessities. If you want to go to the Sydney Opera House and other attractions, there are buses nearby, about 3 kilometers away.

Great spot, great system for opening doors “goki”, sensationally comfy bed but the rest was really ordinary. No towel? No hot water in the shower yet basin had hot water. No remote for tv, not that I would have watched it The worst of the worst was a light above my eyeline that you could not turnoff . I felt like I was in a interrogation that never ended I had roughly 1 hours sleep, when I called the help phone number Twice! No one answered Now the price point for the location is unbeatable but it will be hard for me to return
