Very nice and clean room. Service is amazing. It is in the center of old town. Roof top view is amazing.

I give the lowest rating. As a customer I feel robbed and ignored honestly do not recommend, the hotel charged my credit card after check out for a mini bar in the room that I did not use. They do not respond to emails. For a 5 star hotel this is very poor behavior. Be careful with yourself and your credit cards.

The atmosphere and service are very good. The hotel is quite unique. It is a historical and cultural hotel. It is very photogenic and has a literary and artistic flavor. I quite like it.
