這是我住過的最無語的一家全季了，辦理入住的時候前台先是讓我掃個碼，然後彈出來就是付費升級房型，本來不想升級的，本來訂的帶餐的雙床房就已經比不帶的貴了，因為衹有兩張餐券，但我們有三個人，所以想着要是不送餐券，就再買一張，問了一下接待的前台説是一張餐券要40，如果選擇升級房型要49但會送一張餐券，想想也就多9塊錢，就升級了，緊接著説是要登錄華住會會員，我會員之前的手機沒帶在身上，説可以改手機號，我就聽了她的改手機號，她給**作的時候我明明看到我之前的賬户裏是有積分的，我當時還問了句，改手機號我的積分也可以一併挪到新的手機號裏吧，那個前台説是可以，然後在那個機子上就一頓操作，等我辦理完入住到房間後一看手機app會員積分直接清空，然後與他們協商多日都找不回來積分了，非得説是我本來就沒有積分，我無語了，每年我都會去不少地方外出住酒店，沒少住過華住會的酒店，怎麼可能積分是0，難道我之前看到的積分是**嗎，最後協商的結果是給我張金卡會員的體驗卡了事，我懶得跟他們再糾結這個事了，總之這次讓我體驗感很不好。我想再補充一下，我之前在其他地方住全季的時候，有的都會給我免費升級房型，有些酒店也會免費送餐券，我就沒見過一來辦理入住就先是推薦讓人掃碼付費升級房型的酒店，也是開了眼了，總之這家酒店我是不會再去了。

這次入住整體體驗非常不錯。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，衞生間沒有異味，細節處理得很到位。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住和退房都很快。酒店位置出行方便，周邊吃飯和打車都很便利。設施齊全，網絡穩定，熱水充足，住得很安心。性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

第一次來塔城，飛機過來，因為延誤很晚才到，已經沒有機場大巴，沒想到塔城機場到塔城市那麼遠，還好酒店不錯

房間特別寬敞，而且很乾凈。好久沒住這麼大的全季啦，非常滿意。前台無聊的每個工作人員都態度很好
