Nice hotel, very good service from the receptionist. Room comfortable and very warm during the winter. Bed soft. Quite good value for money.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They kindly heated up the heating mat on beds before we came because it was a cold winter. Overall we are happy about staying there.

The floor was very warm, so I was able to rest warmly even in the winter. It was close to the snow festival site, so it was easy to access. There is a delicious yukgaejang restaurant nearby.

Stayed here to visit O2 Ski Resort and High1 Ski Resort. The exterior and interior structure are unique, but the bed was more comfortable than I expected. And the clean public bath was very satisfying to relieve fatigue after skiing.

Anyway, I arrived late at night and just wanted to sleep, but
the facilities were too old😭I booked it because the exterior looked like a resort and the name was Ramada, but it was so cold that I almost caught a cold..But
the staff were really friendly, and the view of the snow piled up was pretty as soon as I opened my eyes,
and it felt great to step on the snow on the terrace.
It was close to the Taebaeksan Snow Festival site, so it was convenient.
