Абсолютно не квалифицированный персонал и начальство. Забронировали мероприятие за 4 месяца, предоплату сказали вносить не надо, т.к. цена должны была поменяться и мне должны были позвонить, чтобы сообщить новую цену. В итоге никто не позвонил, а за 2 недели до мероприятия я сам позвонил и узнал, что время бронирования сместили на утро и аргументируют это тем, что не внесена предоплата. Пытались урегулировать данную ситуацию, нам предложили перенос на праздничный день, по праздничным ценам. Давать какую либо скидку и признавать вине не хотят, такая же позиция и у директора заведения по словам менеджеров

У нас была длинная дорога, все отели заняты. Сняли то , что было. За 6500 нам предложили домик на колёсах размером с собачью конуру. Якобы ещё и рассчитан на троих. Мы были вдвоём, там не развернуться. Заехали в два часа ночи, выехали в семь утра. Шум дороги, мухи и комары не позволят выспаться или хотя бы уснуть. Извиняюсь за подробности, заходя в туалет и закрывая дверь вам некуда будет деть ноги, они будут упираться в дверь (у меня рост не 2 места, если что). В общем максимально комфортный номер. Напшикавшись духами или дезодорантом вы задохнётесь, потому что воздуха в этой комнатке больше не останется. Допустим для кого-то плюс, что есть сауна и бассейн. Мы этими "плюсами" Не воспользовались, ничего сказать не могу. Но по моему мнению эта "собачья будка" стоит максимум 3000р , но никак не 6500. Для тех, кто хочет попариться может это и хороший вариант, но для тех, кто хочет выспаться - ищите другой отель.

С друзьями отдыхали в сауне Люкс. Классное джакузи,приятная обстановка , есть где накрыть на стол на большую компанию.Попарились с веничками! Е ть колонки и телевизор))Мы слушали музыку через колонки, отдохнули супер!!

Заехали 13 октября. При заселении были маленькие житейские проблемы. Но на следующий день заступила новая смена. Проявился адекватный администратор (Исаева Маргарита) и все недочёты устранила. Появился фен, тарелки, ложки, кружки, починили столик. Одно слово человек на своем месте. Большое ей спасибо. Молодец.
