1. Mainit sa lobby. May air cooler pero hindi man lang binubuksan kahit maraming tao at halatang naiinitan na. Yung front desk staff, parang mga estatwa, walang pake kahit pawisan na ang guests. 2. Marumi ang banyo, may mabahong amoy at walang exhaust fan. Nakakadismaya sa isang venue na dapat pang-casual o formal events. 3. Pinaka hindi katanggap-tanggap: Dalawang araw bago ang kasal, biglang inilipat sa ibang mas murang hotel ang bride at groom kahit may confirmed reservation sila. Mas pinili ng hotel ang guests na nagbayad ng mas malaki. If someone offers them more money, they’ll cancel your booking without hesitation. Mukha silang pera, they’re only in it for the profit. Wag kayong magbook dito lalo na kung kasal ang okasyon. Hindi sila mapagkakatiwalaan.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.The cultural experience at Casa La Silvinas hotel and events left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.I highly recommend it!
