We upgraded our room from superior room to a room with a lake view, and it was worth it. The room is worth every penny, however, the wifi connection is kind of slow and it always needs to be re-connected. And also the TV doesn’t have netflix or youtube. The breakfast buffet was perfect. I love the food. And the staffs are all welcoming and friendly.

The back of the hotel features a spacious area perfect for strolling and playing, with breathtaking views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. 2. **Family-Oriented:** This hotel is a haven for families. The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. This is an overrated hotel. It is too old and under maintained. The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

only downside was we waited almost an hour during check in only to get one out of the two rooms we booked. the second room was given to us when we called them to follow up at around 6 pm. on a positive note, we love the scenery and the vibes at night specially when the live band started to play. Overall, my family had the best weekend here! Definitely a core memory for us 🤍

Very Clean, and accomodating

This place is our haven whenever we visit Tagaytay. It has all the amenities needed for a very cozy and relaxing vacation. All its staff are accomodating. We always enjoy their breakfast buffet in our every stay here. And we will not hesitate staying here again.

Disappointed, because the aircon malfunctioned, they did not repair it immediately. The front desk blamed the third party for why the room they gave was in the mountainside. They need to have a customer service seminar for their staff. I hope next time they will improve how to deal with their clients to improve their service.

Most of the area are under renovation so we didn't get to maximize all amenities. But overall, it was a great vacation place for families.

Very nice place. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Checked in really late and had no issues.

Ambience was cozy. Check-in was smooth although there was a line because of the holidays. The restaurant crew was very attentive. Overall, it was a nice experience to stay here and will definitely go back.

They should be more considerate of senior guests by assigning rooms that do not require a very long walk. But still it was a comfortable stay.

I always enjoy staying here. Love the buffet breakfast. However, their rooms in the old building need to be updated, including their television. No netflix. Love the access to Sky Ranch.
