Via Appia Tagaytay

An honest review... Hotel is nice ambiance/feels. Ways/location Quite tricky and steep as it is tucked away private residential area so must be careful specially when it's already dark. Was a bit confused of their breakfast room package, the staff explained to me that they only do weekend buffet, so the package youbare buying with bfast is normally a set one, but if u happen be there on weekends they will ask you of you want the regular set or you want to upgrade to the bfast buffet one which additional around 200 pesos per pax. My first time to experience this since the packages i always buys comes as" Bufffet" not a set meal, i think its better for them to make this note so guests may have options or know about it. The staff was nice enough when she informed her manager and upgraded mine to a buffet 👍 thanks. Other downside was, our room their fixtures and other stuff seems old, like the hanger that easily cane off, the towel rack as well and the hair blower when u set to max is only few seconds and will turn off and cant use. Sometimes water heater works - i didnt mind it since it s very hot weather. The body soap the house keeping didnt refill when we use the following day was finished. The pillowcase of my husband had stains or mold dont know seems the housekeeping didnt change also coz i also found some fake lashes on my pillow and some dirt on the bed as well. Hello housekeeping 👋 u also forgot the coffee its all creamer in my room, and the tissues wasnt change there was very very little left. When my husband asked the housekeeping he seems somewhat unfriendly. But otherwise comfy bed and pillows/beddings if it was clean. Aircon works well. Tv netflix etc u need to log in ur account. Wifi is ok 👍. Pool is heated hence they sell head/hair cap around 120 pesos u need to. No ref in room i saw people ask ice/ice bucket downstairs. Most of the staff are friendly. 👍 And the singer on saturday is good singer we like her line up of songs and voice. They deactivated our keys the following morning, my husband askes why guy at front desk didnt even check the system and asked if we were extending our stay and my husband told him that we are booked here for 3 days 2 nights, so he reactivated our keys again 🤦🏻♀️😂 Anyway i didnt mind all these things since we went there mainly to chill sleep and go around food tripping 🏍️ in tagaytay area so we didnt bother complaining anything. I Maybe go back again. For those needs quite place tucked away and u have ur own ride this is place is for u otherwise. Hotel can improve more. My unforgettable here is the Choc Frap 🧋 😂 perfect

The Via Appia Hotel Tagaytay is quite peaceful and perfectly located near all the major venues.

The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

Thé hôtel looks good and nice the outside view is fantstic the room quietly good also but the facilities of the hotel was worst like if you want to use swimming pool you need to buy a swimming cup or else you not allowed to use the pool.. thé breakfast for Filipino guest yes it’s good but for us an international guest they should have alternative breakfast menu like they give a breakfast menu that we don’t eat. When we ask like if possible to change in à bread we need pay full price of breakfast (really) in breakfast menu they don’t have any bread with butter 😮💨 so we pay for the bread even we have a breakfast included for our booking which is we pay also it’s hellacious service ever they don’t have alternative way thé service was really bad and all was expensive .. only the place was good but service was really poor not recommend it….

Did enjoy our stay. The indoor heated pool is nice as well since most of the hotels doesnt have this or atleast they dont use it? I was just quite dissapointed since the room does not have a mini refs, I think only the suite have that.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable. We would still consider staying here again.

I done my wedding prep in via Appia everything is great, my family and friends enjoy their stay..and their wedding prep package is not over priced..I highly recommend Ms glai for being so accommodating and helpful..specially when I’m asking for help when it comes vehicles for my family

The place is great and Instagrammable but there are unexpected that I'm a bit disappointed, like there is no fridge in the room. And they muss include in the infos that anyone who wants to use the pool must pay and avail at d reception for swim cap. And they allowed other adults too to use without cap. The tower is just near but the night before we checked out, the internet connections lost. But the staff are friendly and helpful.
