The rooms and food are good. However, we encountered a safety issue in terms of loss or stolen spare tire incident. Feb 16 around 10:30pm, we arrived Casa de Miguelitos. We parked our car and stayed in our room overnight. (A CCTV from Hillbarn Ta***tay has a proof that our spare tire is still attached at the bottom of the the car.) The next morning, Feb 17 around 6:30AM we left the premises of Casa de Miguelitos to go to Hillbarn for a wedding day prep. (Another CCTV from Hillbarn showed to us that the sparetire was already missing at 6:40AM) Our rental car was parked from approx Feb 16 at 10:30PM - Feb 17 at 6:30AM and an incident of missing/stolen sparetire happened within those hours. Unfortunately, Casa de Miguelitos cannot provide a CCTV. We are not putting a blame on them but the lack of CCTV coverage is also a negligence on their side. Please note that the sparetire of the rental car has chains and padlock. Based on our assesment, it was intentionally removed from the car and it will take almost an hour to forcefully remove it from the car.
