Our room has a not working AC even tho it was "ON", they are insisting that maybe the heat was from the windows but no! Their aircon is not working at all. Then we asked to be transferred, they transferred us AGAIN TO A NON WORKING AIRCON, and offered a fan. Imagine the hassle and we came from a long trip, how come we can relax?
Then we asked to have a refund of everything, they transferred us to the executive room but it doesn't feel executive at all given to its price. Tho we just got an upgrade, but for those who want to avail their executive room, i think find other hotel that will give you quality service.
Rooms are not properly maintained. In the deluxe room the sink on the bathroom is broken that looks like it was fixed with just a scotch tape, not ventilated rooms as well.
To the hotel or the owne, I hope you could give a renovation to your rooms and focus to quality service. You didn't apologized on what happened that caused us a stress in that time, but just thankful since you gave us an upgrade.
