First of all, the location is excellent, it's just a few steps away from Plaza Jose Rizal and St. Joseph the Worker Cathedral Shrine, which is considered the center of Tagbilaran. The hotel itself is very stylish. I felt like I was living in an old Spanish colonial house, and I loved it. The view from the balcony is stunning. Additionally, we asked them to take care of our luggage after check-out, and the staff kindly did that, we really appreciate it. Highly recommend!

Amenities, do not expect much, they only provide water dispenser downstairs with reusable mugs; bedsheets are thin & a bit old but tolerable, looks clean and smells good, & blankets are ok; with 1 pillow only each bed; inside bathroom has 2 pcs small soap (though I saw 1 tiny cockroach inside, hu hu hu!). We enjoyed their TV with netflix. Staffs are kind & very approachable, & helpful as well. With limited parking (2-3 cars).

It's very cheap and good quality. The location is very good. It's good. The room is spacious and good. The view is good. It's clean and there's a window. The shower is weak.
